  • Casa Ofelia does not offer on-site parking or valet services. However, our staff can assist you with nearby parking options.

  • For your convenience, we accept payment via credit or debit cards directly on our platforms or through bank transfers.

  • We love pets, but Casa Ofelia is not a pet-friendly establishment. Our priority is to provide a comfortable and allergy-free environment for all our guests. But let us know and we can talk.

  • Check-in time begins at 3 PM. Check-out time is at 11 AM.

  • Casa Ofelia offers thoughtfully designed rooms and suites that ensure your comfort and relaxation

  • We understand the importance of safety and security. Rest assured, Casa Ofelia provides around-the-clock security to ensure your peace of mind.

  • Cancellations are free if made at least 5 days before the arrival date.

    Cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of the full reservation amount.

    In case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged

  • Smoking is not permitted within the rooms for the comfort of all our guests. We have designated smoking areas on the room terraces and our Roof Garden.

  • We welcome minors aged 12 and above. They must be accompanied by an adult during their stay for a delightful and secure experience.

  • While Casa Ofelia doesn't have a spa, we've partnered with Scape Spa, ensuring you have access to wellness and relaxation during your stay.

  • The guest guarantees to cover any damage or loss that may occur to the facilities of Casa Ofelia during their stay.
